365 Penguins
Observational Drawing
Book week has been a fantastic start to 2022! We have been reading about the 365 penguins that get delivered in the post each day to a family for a whole year.
In our Art lessons this week, we have been developing our observational drawing skills by building on what we had previously learnt and learning some new techniques to try out.
Each year group was given a different penguin picture to observe carefully, looking at the shape, texture and the light and dark areas. Each child drew their penguin meticulously using the different techniques they had learnt.
